To adhere to social distancing regulations and for your own health and safety, we ask that unless medically necessary, only the patient enters the practice. If it is medically necessary for someone to accompany you to an appointment, they will be required to “check in” via our QR smart phone check in code at reception.

1st-7th September is National Asthma Week!
Asthma affects 2/3 of Australians.
Symptoms include wheezing, coughing, tightness of the chest and shortness of breath. The best way to manage and reduce the severity of asthma is to talk to your GP. If you have symptoms or are concerned about asthma, please make an appointment with your GP for an Asthma management plan.

Meningococcal B Immunisation (Bexsero) is available FREE for Indigenous children until their 2nd birthday and is now part of the NSW Immunisation Schedule for Indigenous children at 6 weeks, 4 months and 12 months immunisations. KGP provide the full range of childhood immunisations as recommended by NSW Department of Health. Our nurses are fully Authorised Nurse Immunisers who keep up to date with the immunisation schedule for all ages.

Given the current situation with COVID-19, and to reduce the risk of spread to our vulnerable patients and to our staff, we ask that all patients wear a face mask or covering if possible, when attending our Practice. As recommended by the RACGP, our GP’s will also be wearing a mask during your consultation.

The Laverty rooms within KGP has recommenced service 2 days a week. Initially they will only be open Mondays & Wednesdays from 9am -1pm.
