COVID Restrictions on Entry

To adhere to social distancing regulations and for your own health and safety, we ask that unless medically necessary, only the patient enters the practice. If it is medically necessary for someone to accompany you to an appointment, they will be required to “check in” via our QR smart phone check in code at reception.

Mask Use

Given the current situation with COVID-19, and to reduce the risk of spread to our vulnerable patients and to our staff, we ask that all patients wear a face mask or covering if possible, when attending our Practice. As recommended by the RACGP, our GP’s will also be wearing a mask during your consultation.
If you have any concerns about attending the Practice in person,

Please wear a mask

KGP is asking all patients, where possible, to wear a face mask when presenting to the practice for an appointment. This does not apply to children under 12.

Thank you for your cooperation.
