Senior Health Assessments

Annual Health Assessments are offered for all patients over 75 and provide the opportunity for your GP & Practice Nurse to undertake an in-depth assessment of your health. The assessment will cover medical, physical, psychological and social aspect of your health and typically take 30-45 minutes.
